Ancient Stone Well
Ancient stone well created as a game-ready environment prop. The goal was to capture a weathered, timeworn look with believable surface detail and storytelling through materials.
The asset was modeled using Blender and ZBrush, allowing for both clean base forms and detailed high-poly sculpting. Normal maps were baked from the high-poly version to preserve fine surface detail.
Texturing was done in Substance Painter, focusing on natural wear, dirt buildup, and variation in stone materials. Rendering and presentation were created in Marmoset Toolbag, with an additional video render produced in Unreal Engine.
The asset is optimized for real-time use and includes multiple Levels of Detail (LODs) for better performance in game environments.
